Serving size = 1 cup Serving size = 1 cup

    *Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix, 1 cup (remove)
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)


Bring I qt. Vegetable broth to a boil. Add I cup vegi soup mix and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add veggies and simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Salt and pepper to taste. ----Add water if you need more broth.

Any vegetables may be added but these are the ones I have figured the calories for. To lower sodium you could add a low sodium broth or make your own.
