Introduction

Delicious family favorite. Delicious family favorite.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 pounds of chicken
    6oz Uncle Bens Long & Wild Rice
    1 can of Cream of Mushroom or Celery
    2 oz of pimentos
    16 oz can of sliced water chestnuts
    16 oz of French Cut green beans
    1/2 cup of Mayo
    4-6 oz of slivered almonds
    8oz of Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Makes about 12 servings

Boil Chicken and save the broth
Cook Rice
Cut chicken into bite size pieces

Mix all ingredients except for cheese
Add enough broth to the mixture to make it like a thick stew
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and pour in mixture
Cover the top with cheese
Cook at 350 degrees until the cheese melts and mixture bubbles around the edges
