    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1 container (4 c.) Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock
    2 c. uncooked whole wheat pasta
    1 c. frozen green peas
    1 c. frozen yellow sweet corn
    1 med. yellow summer squash, cubed
    10-12 baby carrots, diced
    1 heaping tsp. basil, dried
    1 tsp. oregano, ground
    Ground black pepper


Heat stock to boiling and add pasta. Meanwhile, saute onion and chicken until cooked through. Add to stock with all the diced vegetables and herbs. Bring to boiling then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Season with black pepper.
