    Turkey Breast Slices 3 cubed
    olive oil 2 TBS
    1 clove Gralic mashed
    Broccoli floweretts sliced in half 1/2 C
    corsely graded carrots 1/2 C
    Portabella mushroom 1/2 C cubed
    onion 1/4 cup 2TBS soy sauce


Heat wok to medium heat add oil garlic and Turkey
remove garlic when carmilized cook turkey until no longer pink remove for wok . add veggies cook until tender crisp
mix soy , broth and splenda together with 1 tps corn starch add to veggies cook until thickened add turkey mix and serve
