    - 1 Can of black beans, drained
    - 1 Can of Corn, drained
    - 1 Can of diced tomatoes, drained
    - 1/8c olive oil
    - 1/8c water
    - chicken taco seasoning (packet)
    - additional spices (salt, pepper, cumin, etc).
    - shredded cheese


Salt and pepper and season the raw chicken breasts. Put half the packet of chicken taco seasoning in the bottom of the crockpot. Lay the chicken on top of that - cover the rest of the chicken with the taco seasoning. Then add the corn, beans, tomatoes and oil and water. Do not stir. Cook on low for 4 hours. When done - shred the chicken and add some cooked brown rice (about 1 cup).

Top with shredded cheese. Enjoy.
