Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup all-bran
    1 cup wheat bran
    1 1/2 c plain or vanilla low fat or fat free yogurt
    2 c ww flour
    1/2 brown sugar substitute
    1 T baking powder
    2 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. salt
    1/2 C skim milk
    1/2 C applesauce
    1 egg
    2 t. vanilla extract
    1/2 C raisins

Directions

Mix cereal,bran and yogurt in bowl,let sit for 10 mins. In separate bowl, mix baking powder,soda, flour, .sugar substitute,salt. Add egg, oil, egg, vanilla. Combine all ingredients together.Stir in raisins. Don't overmix.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 mins. in muffin pan sprayed with pam. Makes 12 large muffins.
