Ingredients

    1 pound Round beef
    1/2 head of cabbage
    3 carrots
    1/2 yellow onion
    2 Zucchini
    1 Mexican Squash
    1/2 tomato
    Jalapeno to taste
    Water
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Mix beef wih diced onion and jalapeno. Bring water to a boil. Drop meatballs into boilng water and cook until done. Add sliced veggies to broth and cook until tender.
