    1 1/2 c carrots, diced
    1 1/2 c potatoes, diced
    3 c water
    10 oz bag frozen peas
    2 c ham, finely cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz Cheddar cheese, low fat


Combine carrots, potatoes, and water. Cook 10 min.
Add frozen peas and ham. Cook 5 min.
Add soup and cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
Add more water if necessary. Serves 10
