Simple, fast and really yummy! Simple, fast and really yummy!
Number of Servings: 24


    1-1/2 Cups canned pumpkin
    3/4 Cup (more or less) powdered sugar
    6 oz Cup vanilla or plain no-fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (adjust to taste)
    2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice (adjust to taste)


Makes 24 (more or less) 1 tablespoon servings.

Mix everything but the powdered sugar together, then add sugar a little at a time so as to not get it everywhere! Mix really well and then put in container to keep in the fridge. I really like this on toasted whole grain bread.
