    Ground Pork
    Ground Turkey
    Dry Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
    Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Dehydrated Onion Flakes
    Large Egg
    Black Pepper
    Olive Oil


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Use a one ounce Icecream scoop to make balls and place in hot oil. Cook until brown, turn and continue cooking until juices run clear. Makes approximatly 30 - 1.25oz cooked meatballs.
Serve with your favorite tomato sauce and pasta.
