Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts or tenders
1 lb frozen corn
2 cups canned chopped tomato
1 4 oz can chili peppers
4 cups chicken stock
2 cloves garlic
1 t cumin
1/2 t pepper
1 t red chili flakes
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours. Garnish with a little shredded cheese, avocado, corn tortilla strips, and/or sour cream.
