8 oz 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese
1 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    2 cups Flour
    1 cup apple butter
    1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
    1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground

Mix cream cheese and margarine with mixer, add flour. Blend together and divide into 3 rolls, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Roll out 1 roll at a time to about 1/8 inch thickness. Use flour on board and rolling pin to avoid sticking. Spread apple butter and pecans on the dough. Roll up like a jelly roll, put on a greased cookie sheet. Cut in slices of about 3/4 inch but not all the way to the bottom. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Repeat with the other two rolls putting them on the same cookie sheet. Other fillings can be used such as cinnamon and sugar, or your favorite jelly.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Keep checking to check desired doneness. Cool the cookies then cut them apart. Makes 36 cookies.

They are good, I tried a few other things, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. And also apple jelly. Jelly is messy so I might have used too much.
