    4 tsp Butter chicken curry mix
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 lbs cubed chicken
    1 chopped medium onion
    1/4 cup half and half cream
    1 cup low fat yougurt
    1/2 cup tomatoe sauce


recipe makes 6 servings
Mix 4 teaspoons Butter Chicken Curry Mix with 2Tbsp of Olive Oil. Make a paste . Marinate 2 lbs of chicken cubes with the paste for 20 minutes.
Saute 1 chopped onion in 4 tbsp of butter in a pan on medium heat.
Ad marinated chicken. cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally
Add 3/4 cup Half and Half cream and cook for 5-10 minutes. Stir
Add 1 cup Yogurt. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Stir
Add 1/2 cup Tomatoe sauce (Optional). Cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir
Serve on a bed of Basmati Rice. Garnish with Chopped cilantro.
