    3 cloves garlic - roasted
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/2 teaspoon chopped Rosemary
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 cup orange juice


Spray saute pan with PAM

Add roasted garlic cloves and saute 45 seconds. Stir in the wine and finely chopped rosemary, scrapping pan to loosen any bits. Add the tomato paste, cook 2 minutes.

Stir in broth and orange juice, and cook until thick - about 5 minutes.

Makes 4 x 1/4 cup servings
Goes great with Pork Tenderloin or Pork Chops.
