    1/2 cup miso paste
    8 cups vegetable broth (or dashi)
    8 scallions, chopped
    1 Package (or 1lb) frim tofu, cut in 1/2" cubes


Bring broth to a boil in saucepan. Put miso paste into a bowl. Add in 1 ladle full of broth and whisk until smooth. Add into saucepan to heat through, but not boil. Take off heat and add scallions and tofu. Serve immediately.
