Ingredients

    Makes 1 cup servings

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 100% fat free 33% less sodium, 4 cup
    Wyler's Sodium Free Beef Instant, 11 tsp
    Green Onions, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 24 tsp
    Green Beans (snap), 1200 grams
    Oscar Mayer Turkey Sausage Smoked (mg), 24 oz
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced
    Chili - Bear Creek Darn Good Chili, 8 serving (1 9.8 oz packet)
    Paprika, 6 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 6 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    *Camellia Red Kidney Beans, 12 serving
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)

Directions

Add 2 pound Packet of red beans to large pot with 15 cups of water and bring to a boil, cook for 45 min till starting to get soft.

Cut up meet and start cooking in skillet.

Cut up all veggies, put in large bowl while beans are cooking. Once beans are ready drain water and add 4 cups of turkey broth and 12 cups of water. Add all ingredients and bring to boil then drop down to a simmer. Cook for 3 hours low heat. Ready to serve.
