Ingredients

    1 bunch kale, chopped and stems removed
    1 onion, chopped
    garlic
    1 can white beans, rinsed
    1 can tomatoes, rinsed
    6 cups vegetable broth
    1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
    oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion and garlic until browned. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30-60 minutes until kale is tender.
