Ingredients

    2 cups wheat flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup applesauce or Earth Balance
    3 bananas
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    2 tbsp flax seed
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix wet and dry separately and then mix together. Bake in a bread loaf pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
