Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    Yams, 1 cup, cubes (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1.5 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Pataks curry paste - per tablespoon, 1 serving (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot
Mix with Desired spices [Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Bay Leaf...]
Bring to a boil
Reduce Heat to Med-Low
Simmer for 20-25 Minutes
Puree and serve
