    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    0.38 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    16 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni
    0.25 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic
    0.08 tbsp onion, dried minced
    0.25 tsp Coleman's Mustard Powder
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    2 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese


1. Cook macaroni in boiling water for 9 minutes. While it's cooking, continue to step 2.
2. In medium saucepan, add butter, flour, and spices. Slowly stir in milk and water.
3. Stir constantly on low heat until it thickens, but do not let it boil.
4. Add cheese to saucepan and stir until cheese is melts.
5. Drain macaroni, then put the noodles back in the pot you used to cook them.
5. Add the mixture from the saucepan to the pot with the macaroni. Stir.
6. Pour contents into a (greased) large glass baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
8. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

    I'm sorry to say that I made this recipe and it was lacking flavor. I felt terrible that one one wanted seconds nor did they finish what they did take. My company does not belong on Spark People. - 6/30/16

    Easy. I basically made 1/4 of the recipe and didn't have the time to keep it in the oven long and it was great! - 2/15/16
