Ingredients

    1 large Zuchini Squash
    2 Small yellow Squash
    1 package sliced baby Portabella Mushrooms
    2 jars of Ragu No Sugar spaghetti sauce
    2 Chicken breasts
    1 package of peeled shrimp
    1 package of fettucini noodles
    4 tbsp of crushed garlic

Directions

Slice and Saute the vegetables with the garlic

Cook the noodles and shrimp according to package directions

Grill and dice the chicken

Mix sauce, veggies, meats, and noodles together
