    As many raw baby carrots as desired, chopped length-wise
    1/4 c butter
    1/4 c brown sugar
    dash of salt


Chop carrots length-wise and put in saucepan. Add approx. one inch of water. Cook on stove until boiling. Drain carrots. While carrots are in strainer, mix butter, sugar, and salt in same saucepan until butter is melted. Add carrots back in and let simmer for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are glazed. Enjoy!
