    1 cup Summer's Brown Rice Risotto
    1 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp water
    1/4 c Egg Beaters
    sesame seeds


Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Put one cup risotto mixture in the pan, stirring to heat. Add soy sauce/water mixture. Make a little hole in the middle of the rice, and pour the Egg Beaters in the middle. When the edges begin to firm up, scramble, mixing the rice and egg together. Top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
