Number of Servings: 4


    3 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
    Bouillon cube, chicken flavor, 3 serving
    Salsa, 2 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Water, tap, 3 cup
    Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    Instant White Rice, 3 cup


Boil chicken until cooked through (about 20 minutes). Remove chicken from water and cut into cubes. Using 3 cups of the water you boiled the chicken in and put the 3 bouillon cubes in. Boil water until dissolved. Add the chicken, rice, salsa and cheese. Cover until most of the liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes).

Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of sour cream and serve.
