    6 oz Broccoli
    4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
    1.5 Tbsp Thai Curry Paste
    1/2 Cup Water


1. Cut Broccoli into uniform pieces.
2. Heat a pan and add the Crushed Garlic with the Curry Paste and stir to mix.
3. Add the Broccoli Florets and stir to mix with the Garlic & Curry Paste.
4. Add the water, bring to a boil, cover and then turn heat down to a simmer.
5. Cook for about 15 minutes.

The Broccoli with the curry paste will improve in flavor if cooked one day earlier and left to absorb the flavors of the curry paste.

There are several different types of Thai Curry Paste. Our tastes run toward the more spicy side of things.
