    2lbs stew beef (or short ribs)
    1 tsp parsley
    4 cloves garlic
    1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt & pepper (to taste)
    1 bay leaf
    1 med. onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato soup
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    2 stalks celery
    450grams spaghetti


1. Stew Meat 4 or 5 hours until tender
2. Add remaining ingredients and stew another 2 hours
3. Cook spaghetti noodles and add sauce

Serve with garlic toast and caesar salad (not included in nutritional info.)
