    1 cup mashed banana
    1 cup low fat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup brown sugar (can use 1/2 Splenda if desired)
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour, or spray one 9x13 pan or two 7x13 loaf pans.

Combine banana and yogurt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and liquid egg. Stir in vanilla and banana mixture. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, stir into banana mixture. Spread the batter evenly into pans.

Bake for 50 mins. or until a toothpick comes out clean.
