    1/2 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
    1 6.5 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 4 oz log of chevre cheese
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp lemon juice


Place everything into the bowl of the food processor and pulse until the desired chunkiness is obtained.

Great as a sandwich spread or as a dip for fresh veggies and tortilla chips.

Makes 4 servings of about 1/3 cup each.
