Very easy, my kids make this - Very easy, my kids make this -
Number of Servings: 5


    1 small banana
    1 C frozen strawberries
    1 C fresh blueberries (or frozen)
    1/2 C light vanilla soymilk
    1/2 C OJ
    1/2 T Omega Flax oil
    1/2 C strawberry fat free yogurt


Put all ingredients in a blender and whip on high. We usually put the frozen and berries in first then add all the liquids. Enjoy! My kids make this twice a week.
