4 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar. Add bananas and vanilla and mix.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Put in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake@ 350 for 30-40 minutes.
