Number of Servings: 1


    3 cups of lettuce
    .25 cups Kraft fat free shredded cheese
    .25 cups tomatoes
    1 medium scallion chopped
    1 Boca soy burger chopped
    .25 cups chili beans or black beans
    1 tsp. taco seasoning
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    .5 serrano pepper (optional, not added in nutritional info)


Chop up the scallions, onions, peppers. Toss them in with the lettuce and cheese. Cook the Boca burger as directed. Combine with the beans in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or so. Mix in taco seasoning if you would like, it tastes fine without it. Add salt and pepper as desired. Serve.
