Ingredients

    1 to 2 pounds ground beef, lean, cooked and drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    mushrooms, chopped
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 can tomato paste
    1 bottle of chili sauce
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 cup water

Directions

Brown the hamburg and drain. Place in crockpot with chopped vegetables. Pour soup, tomato paste, chili sauce, water, vinegar and spices over all and mix well. It will appear very thick - do not add extra water as it will thin out as it cooks.
Cook on low all day.
