    1 lb cooked chicken
    1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. low fat sour cream
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 refrigerated rolled pie crust


Cook chicken with seasonings - salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, seasoned pepper, Tony Cachere's, etc.
Chop cooked chicken and mix with soup and sour cream. Cook frozen veggies until thawed and close to room temp. Mix with chicken mixture. Add broth until desired thickness. Place mixture into 9x13 glass baking dish. Roll out pie crust to sufficient size, gently place on top of baking dish, crimping edges to seal crust. Cut slits in top of crust. Turn oven to 350 and bake for 1.5 hours or until pie crust is browned.
