    turkey polish sausage, 24 oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 3 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)


Simmer sausage in 2 cups of the water. 40-45 min.
Add remaining ingredients to pot. Simmer 1-1 1/2 hour. = 10 servings of 2 cups each.
