    28 oz. can of peaches, mashed
    2 c. sultana raisins
    1 1/2 c. glace cherries, chopped
    1 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened
    3 c. white flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. hard margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 tbsp. margarine + 2 tbsp. flour to grease and flour bundt pan. Included in nutritional information


Layer in bowl: the peaches, raisins, cherries, and coconut. Set aside.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

Cream together the margarine and sugar in a very large bowl. Add the eggs and blend in. Stir in the vanilla. Add the fruit mixture and stir. Add the dry ingredients and stir until moistened and uniform.

Ladle this batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 F.
