Number of Servings: 3


    1/3 cup Chopped, Cooked Chicken, Beef, Pork or Fish if desired;
    2 tbsp Oil;
    3 cups Cooked, Cold Rice (White, Brown or Instant);
    3 Green Onions, Sliced;
    2 tsp Soy Sauce;
    2 Eggs, Beaten;
    1 cup Frozen Peas (or Peas and Carrots), Cooked.
    1 Can whole baby corn (check the asian food aisle)
    1 Can sliced waterchestnuts


1. In a large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice and green onions.
2. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
3. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.
4. Add peas and meat if desired.
Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each
