Introduction

Easy homemade refried beans. I use beans boiled from scratch to reduce sodium, but you are welcome to repleace with canned beans. To limit sodium, try Mrs. Dash and herbs for spices and limited salt. Ingredients

    3 cups mixed beans
    3 cups dry beans
    5 TBSPs EVOO
    Seasonings as desired (try to watch sodium!)

Directions

1. Crush beans
2. Saute beans in oil and pam over medium-high eat, folding in seasonings.
