    5 c. kitchen basics fat free, no salt chicken broth
    1/2 whole chicken, de-boned, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. whole kernel corn, unsalted
    1 c. green beans, unsalted
    Ground pepper, to taste
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 c. Bisquick + 2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. nonfat milk


Put 1 c. broth in large pot- heat to boiling. Add 1 c. Bisquick and stir constantly until smooth and bubbly. Reduce heat and add 4 c. broth, chicken, beans and corn. Heat for 20 minutes.

Stir remaining 2 c. Bisquick and 2/3 c. milk together. Drop by teaspoonful on top of chicken and vegetable. Cook over low heat (barely simmering) for 10 minutes. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
