Ingredients

    6 oz canned lump crab meat
    4 oz canned green chiles
    1/2 cup mango, diced
    2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup Sargento reduced fat Italian cheese blend
    2 whole wheat tortillas
    1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the crab, chilies, mango, sour cream and cheese. Spread 1/2 of the mixture of one half of each tortilla, top with 1/2 of the avocado slices and fold the other half of tortilla over the filling. Repeat with the remaining.

Place the steak plate in the top of the grill and the baking pan in the bottom. Set the lever to the back. Preheat grill on HIGH. Place the quesadillas in the baking pan and close the lid. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are soft and slightly browned.

Yield: 2 Servings
