1c frozen onions (diced)
3/4 c basmati rice (cooked)
Directions
spray non stick pan with cooking spray - add onions and Mrs Dash seasoning and cook until onions are done, add mushrooms and cook until you think they're done - add cooked basmati rice and serve.
