    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 850 grams (remove)
    * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .7 tsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Curry powder, .5 tsp (remove)


Combine one full can of chickpeas (with it's bean water) and drain another can of chickpeas (saving some of the bean water for later).

Blend in blender (you'll have to pat down and blend several times due to the thickness) a food processor will also work.

Add a few tablespoons of bean water if it seems to thick.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and little curry powder for artistic awesomeness
