Ingredients

    1.3 lb ground turkey
    1 small onion chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    2-14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes (Contadina diced tomatoes with roasted garlic)
    1- 19 oz. can Progresso Black Beans
    1- 19 oz. can Progresso Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2 cups Rachel Ray chicken stock
    1.5 tbsp grapeseed oil
    black pepper to taste
    0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Saute chopped onions in pan with heated oil until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low-medium heat for 1 hour.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
