Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1- 3lb. Salmon Filet
    6 TBS of yellow or Dijon Mustard
    4 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
    2 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Directions

Turn Broiler on Low setting.
* Remove the skin of one 3 lb. Salmon Filet.
* Place foil a big enough piece of foil to wrap around filet on broiling pan, coat with small amount of oil.
*Lay Filet on top of foil.
*Coat Top of Salmon with oil.
* Spread thin layer of Mustard on top of salmon.
*Lay 3 to 4 sprigs on top of mustard. (Leave branches intact so you can remove it later.)
*Wrap in foil.
*Broil on low for 14 to 16 minutes depending on your desire for doneness.
*Remove Rosemary before serving.
