A savory millet pie with baby spinach and taste-dense feta. A savory millet pie with baby spinach and taste-dense feta.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 onion, diced
    1 t oregano
    1 c millet
    12 oz baby spinach
    5 oz feta
    salt and pepper to taste


Saute onion in a non-stick pan over medium-hight heat until lightly browned. Add oregano. Add 3/12 c water and bring to a boil.

Stir in the millet, reduce heat to medium
