Ingredients

    12 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 medium onions diced
    1.5 cups chopped mushrooms
    3 potatoes chopped
    28 oz can diced tomatoes (I used organic)
    4 cups large shell pasta
    2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp tumeric
    2 tsp sweet basil

Directions

chop vegetables
put all ingredients in a large pot over a low to medium heat
Cook for about 90 mins or until all the vegetable are tender
