Number of Servings: 1


    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    Maple Syrup, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, dash
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    cooking spray
    spray butter (optional)


In a small bowl, combine one whole egg and two egg whites
Add dash of salt and pepper

Make omelette:
Spray pan with cooking spray (I prefer butter flavored)
Heat pan
Pour in egg mixture
When it looks solid and bubbly, flip
Allow to cook
Remove from pan

Saute apple:
Add sliced apple to pan
Add some cinnamon
I like to spray on some fake butter flavor
Saute until soft

Add apples to omelette
Drizzle on 2 tsp of maple syrup (using the real stuff only adds 34 calories but lots of flavor)
