    1 tbsp oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cups frozen corn
    .5 tbsp butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste


Heat oil to medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for a couple of minutes until it starts to turn translucent. Add corn and cook, stirring for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper, continue to cook corn, stirring, until it starts to brown. Stir in butter or margarine until it melts, salt and pepper again, if desired, to taste.
