    20 package of 93% lean ground turkey
    1 can Goya Black beans
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    10 strips bell peppers (any color)
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    packet of Sazon seasoning
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    crushed red pepper
    salt & black pepper


add one tsp of oil to skillet, add onions, garlic and ground turkey, brown. Once ground turkey is browned add black beans and spices. Add about 1/2 cup of water let simmer for about 15 minutes.
