    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can pinto beans,drained
    1/2 cup brown rice
    2 cups sliced carrots
    2 cups sliced celery
    1 large onion
    4 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 med, can stewed tomatoes, salt free


Put into slow cooker and cook slowly for 6hrs.

serves 16 to 20 cup portions.
