    poblano peppers 5
    ground beef
    3 eggs


sautee the beef with the onion and tomatoes. Then grill the peppers and put into a plastic bag, let them steam. Beat the egg whites until fluffy then add the yolks. Peal and clean out the seeds from the peppers then stuff with the meat. Roll them in flour and in the egg batter. Then fry.

    no. you can also bake them in the oven instead. usually they add a tomatoe sauce over them to keep them moist but I don't really like them like that.
